Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to execute talent strategies for current and future organizational needs.
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefit plans.
  • Administer employer-sponsored benefits, workers’ compensation, and wellbeing programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Process payroll using established systems and practices.
  • Develop and implement internal learning and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
  • Ensure safety program compliance and adherence to employment laws and best practices.
  • Support office management tasks and coordinate projects with external vendors.
