Job Title: HR Coordinator – Recruitment Support

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $28 – $35 per hour

Location: Remote (must reside in Washington or Oregon)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary

A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide recruitment and administrative support within a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This is a temporary, fully remote position requiring candidates to be based in Washington or Oregon .

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Process and audit I-9 documentation for compliance
  • Assist with unemployment claims, employee terminations, and compliance audits
  • Prepare employee letters and internal communications
  • Manage and maintain HR documentation and personnel records
  • Ensure timely processing of HR transactions across multiple regions
  • Provide virtual HR administrative support to teams in Los Angeles County, Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego
  • Utilize HR systems (Kronos, UKG, UltiPro preferred) for reporting and updates

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
  • Strong knowledge of HR terminology, documentation, and compliance practices
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or departments in a high-volume HR environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with Kronos, UKG, or UltiPro is a plus
  • Familiarity with EDD (Employment Development Department) procedures is advantageous
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
