Job Description

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources or a similar professional capacity.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, payroll procedures, and HR compliance.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Availability to work standard business hours with flexibility for special projects or events.
