Hotel Front Desk Agent Location Glasgow, KY :

We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at Glasgow, KY .

:

• Greeting and checking in guests as they enter our hotel
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Filing and scanning documents
• Assisting guests with their check in/check out process
• Escalate issues to management when necessary
• Fulfill all daily tasks with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean work area and appearance of front desk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be able to sit or stand for periods of time.
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, be able to pass a background check.
• Hotel experience required
• 3rd shift availability 2-3 days per week is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
