The Hotel Door Person will pleasantly greet and welcome each guest upon their arrival, assist guests with luggage transportation as needed, and open and close doors for arriving and departing guests.

Skills and Experience you will bring to us:

• Courteously assists guests with luggage transport from valet parking or the hotel entrance, to the front desk when no bell person is available.
• Provides prompt assistance to guests in locating taxi services.
• Takes the initiative to assist all departing guests with their luggage and escorts them to the front desk for check-out, valet parking or baggage check as appropriate when no bellman is available.
• Assists with Valet services as necessary to provide quality guest service.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have experience in a guest contact position.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
