Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager (Sales Execution) to drive overall company growth through new product development, consultative sales execution, and leading product proof of concept execution. This role requires a blend of problem-solving, consultative selling, analytical thinking, client communication, and strong execution capabilities to enhance our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative and Product-based Selling
  • Develop and refine compelling sales presentations and pitches.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Market Research
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapesto inform new product development and inform product-based selling.
  • Identify new product development and expansion opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
  • POC Project Management
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to drive client validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute POCs efficiently and precisely.
  • Track and measure the success of POCs to drive further adoption.

Job Duties

  • Drive the technical development of AI-based healthcare products and guide the sales/marketing efforts to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the strategic direction for AI-based data clinical products for HiLabs.
  • Formulate strategies to leverage AI technologies for cleaning healthcare data and extracting insights to improve the quality of care for health insurance members.
  • Lead & coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to develop features for clinical products.
  • Define project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, & facilitate collaboration among team members.

Ideal Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 5–8+ years in product management or consulting with at least 3 years in a growth-focused role.
    • Proven track record of executing and scaling growth strategies at a B2C or B2B SaaS company.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on growth through thought leadership, real world demonstrations of value (e.g. proofs of concept or production trials), and rapid feature development/deployment
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Deep expertise in growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
    • Experience working with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
    • Deep understanding of user psychology, behavioral economics, and funnel optimization.
    • Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to drive product and growth priorities
    • Ability to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
    • Strong understanding of pricing, monetization, and revenue growth strategies.
    • Hands-on experience with growth hacking techniques (e.g., viral loops, gamification).
  • Bonus:
    • Experience working with product-led growth (PLG) companies.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io).
    • Exposure to international expansion and scaling products globally.
