The Growth Marketing Specialist will focus on driving measurable business growth by attracting, engaging, and converting qualified clients using data-driven tactics. This role requires a balance of technical skills, analytical expertise, and industry-specific insight. The ideal candidate has proven experience in digital advertising, marketing automation, and performance optimization - preferably within service-based or luxury-focused industries. This position is based in our beautiful office at I-35 and Mockingbird in Dallas with a fun and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and owned channels.
• Build and execute demand generation programs that attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign graphics, media creation, and copy writing to ensure brand standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with admin staff and sales on lead distribution, quality scoring, follow-up processes, and revenue reporting.
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page updates, data insights, etc.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline lead workflows and reporting.
• Own reporting and growth metrics including CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
• Manage SEO/AEO initiatives to ensure alignment with growth marketing efforts and retain top search visibility in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Stay current on digital and traditional marketing trends as well as emerging growth tactics and competitor strategies in order to refine campaigns.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in demand / growth/ performance/digital marketing, ideally in professional services, luxury brands, or landscape industries.
• Proven track record managing paid media budgets and driving measurable results.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Wordpress, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to appeal to both commercial decision-makers and high-end residential clients.
