Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, promptly reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff.
Mobility Assistance: Support patients with mobility challenges by assisting with transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and promote comfort.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documented care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions with residents to enhance their quality of life.
Safety: Create a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies.
Communication: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assistance with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications: - Certified as a CNA or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- No 1099 contracts
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Current Shift Availability: - All Days
- 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

- Brush Prairie, WA
Job Types: - Full-time & Part-time availability
Compensation: - $19.00 - $25.00 p/hour dependent upon experience & certifications including valid CNA License.
