Executive Marketing Assistant

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Hybrid Role (Remote & Onsite) | Some Travel Required

We're looking for an Executive Marketing Assistant to provide both marketing and administrative support to an Executive/Owner. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing creative initiatives, developing content, managing marketing projects, and serving as the first point of contact for key branding efforts. The ideal candidate is business-savvy, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to advance brand initiatives.

What You'll Do

Create & Contribute Content - Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance brand exposure and engage consumers/super fans.
Executive Support - Provide high-level administrative support to an Executive/Owner while helping execute a multi-company strategy.
Manage Content & Event Calendars - Keep marketing and creative projects on track across multiple brands.
Social Media & Email Marketing - Develop scheduled posts, craft email campaigns, and oversee content distribution.
Website Maintenance - Monitor and update websites to ensure they reflect the brand's latest offerings.
Event Coordination - Organize events, liaise with vendors and freelancers, and manage event logistics.
Analytics & Reporting - Track brand and content performance using analytics tools, compiling reports to drive data-driven decisions.
Brand Management - Ensure all marketing materials and digital assets align with brand guidelines.
Trend Research - Stay ahead of marketing trends and emerging technologies to help evolve the brand's strategy.
Creative Production Oversight - Source and vet production teams, creative professionals, and beauty talent, reviewing and providing feedback on first edits.
Media & Content Organization - Archive and catalog photos/videos, oversee content release schedules, and produce behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.
Reputation Management - Monitor brand perception, respond to feedback, and handle any concerns professionally and efficiently.
Communication & Vendor Relations - Write, proofread, and distribute communications to business partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Contract & Deliverable Management - Ensure vendors meet contractual agreements and deadlines.
Conflict Resolution - Address concerns or issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
Other Duties as Assigned - Support additional projects as needed by the Executive/Owner.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years in a marketing assistant/coordinator role with experience in content creation, content calendar management, and vendor relations.
Creative Mindset: A strong ability to showcase individual creativity and bring fresh ideas to marketing projects.
Marketing Leadership: Confidence in serving as the first point of contact for marketing initiatives.
Video & Content Curation: Strong skills in video editing and content management.
Client & Customer Service: A professional and friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Ability to handle executive-level information with the utmost professionalism.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: A keen eye for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-Starter & Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Fast-Paced Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, troubleshooting and problem-solving effectively.
