Role Overview

1. Provide daily executive support, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
2. Prepare and proofread high-quality English documents, emails, and presentations
3. Assist with cross-functional communication, confidential tasks, and project coordination
4. Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external partners

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
3. Experience in multinational or fast-paced business environments Location: Jiashan, Zhejiang / Shanghai Suburbs

1. English native speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, supporting senior leadership
3. Based in Jiashan or suburbs of Shanghai, with the ability to commute regularly to Jiashan
