Job Description

A leading company in the Greater Boston area is seeking a skilled Epicor Analyst with expertise in Epicor Kinetic to support and enhance their ERP system. This role will focus on troubleshooting, user setup and support, and optimizing system functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience with EDI, EDA, Application Studio, CPQ, and Quality modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for Epicor Kinetic , including user setup, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Manage and support EDI transactions , ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
• Leverage Epicor Data Analytics (EDA) to generate insights and improve business processes.
• Configure and enhance workflows using Application Studio to meet business needs.
• Support and maintain Epicor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for accurate and efficient quoting processes.
• Oversee Epicor Quality Management to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement system improvements.
• Train and assist end-users, ensuring adoption and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience , including implementation, configuration, and support.
• Knowledge of EDI, EDA, Application Studio, CPQ, and Quality modules is a big plus.
• Experience troubleshooting Epicor-related issues and providing user support.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
