About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Ecommerce Executive  to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

Join our US eCommerce team and become the driving force behind our digital storefronts. You’ll play a hands-on role in uploading new products and crafting compelling content across our international websites, using our CMS to build engaging, high-performing pages that support major launches and our digital growth roadmap.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need confidence working behind the scenes in digital platforms, a technical mindset, and an eye for detail. Collaborating across departments, you’ll help keep our online presence fresh, dynamic, and strategically aligned to make a real impact on how we connect with customers around the world.

  • Conduct weekly QA checks and refresh site content based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Partner with IT and web development to troubleshoot issues and deliver platform improvements
  • Lead CRM execution using Bloomreach, including email flows, segmentation, testing, and SMS campaigns
  • Align CRM strategy with US Sales and Marketing initiatives and global brand messaging
  • Analyse site performance and user behaviour to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
  • Localise product listings and manage pricing for the US and Canadian markets
  • Own and execute the SEO roadmap—audits, enhancements, and on-page excellence
  • Develop merchandising strategies to boost visibility, conversion rates, and average order value across North America
  • Conduct market research to drive innovation and uphold our digital leadership for TGB, Peacci, and Academy

About you:

You'll be passionate about eCommerce and excited to help shape our digital journey. With a couple of years’ experience in a fast-paced retail setting, you’ll bring solid technical skills and a collaborative spirit to keep things running smoothly. A background in Administration or a related field would be a great bonus.

Key qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar platforms, plus ideally Bloomreach
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and eCommerce tools
  • Organised and reliable when managing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Eager to keep learning and stay in tune with the latest digital trends
  • Friendly, upbeat, and enjoys being part of a team
