About Us: We are a fast-growing real estate photography and videography company committed to delivering high-quality visual content to our clients. We’re seeking skilled Drone Operators to join our team and capture stunning aerial footage. As part of our team, you can expect to shoot 1–3 properties per day while working alongside a talented, collaborative group of professional photographers across Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

• Operate drones to capture high-quality aerial photos and videos.
• Organize and deliver aerial footage within required deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Must own drone equipment, camera, and tripod (additional gear such as flash or tripod heads may be required to match our shooting style).
• 3–5 years of drone photography experience (architectural and interior photography experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, as you will interact directly with clients on-site.
• Patience and flexibility when collaborating with clients during shoots.
• Ability to move light items (up to 5 lbs) within homes, such as chairs or small tables.
• Access to a computer and high-speed internet to send RAW files daily.
• No editing required —only shooting and delivering RAW files.
• Car ownership is not required, but occasional assignments in Queens, Long Island, Staten Island, or New Jersey may benefit from having one. A travel stipend will be provided for these locations.
