Job Description

Salary: 100,000 - 140,000 USD per year Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • PMI and/or IIBA certifications (CBAP preferred).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
Responsibilities:
  • I collaborate with implementation groups to determine gaps in system functionality for current and prospective clients.
  • I provide the Custom Report Development teams with problem/solution specifications, building out converters to resolve gaps in system functionality.
  • I work closely with development teams to ensure timely completion, testing, and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
  • I track trends in requests for custom developments, providing the product teams with analysis to bridge gaps.
  • I identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • I proactively partner with internal departments to determine reporting and data needs and provide solutions.
  • I deliver high-quality analysis, reports, and presentations using simple and effective visualizations that can be scaled for consumption by a larger audience.
  • I build strong relationships and collaborate with teammates, business leaders, and other internal clients.
  • I continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • I produce ad hoc reports and determine if an ad hoc report may require permanent buildout.
  • I document and maintain procedures for reports and records of information management and storage protocols.
  • I perform other duties as assigned.

I have experience working on large-scale software projects, as well as handling day-to-day operational requests to address gaps in system functionality. I possess the ability to create comprehensive problem/solution plans for identified gaps in system functionality to provide to development teams. I can easily adapt to and learn new software systems and technology. I am committed to continuous learning and self-motivated. Additionally, I can work with legal teams to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of Custom Report Development. I also possess proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
