We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Technician (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and configuration.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain system upgrades and patches.
• Train and support end-users on best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
