What you'll do:

The Dental Office Manager enhances the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent communication and leadership to our offices, employees, and patients. This position will provide a variety of business management, problem-solving, customer service, insurance, and trouble-shooting duties to ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently. The Office Manager is a vital role in the daily operations and the overall productivity of the practice.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous dental office manager experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Articulate, detailed and service-oriented individuals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Demonstrated multitasking abilities and the ability to take initiative in all areas of the clinic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software

Patient Care Hours

Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
