Salary: 100,000 - 140,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We require individuals who have a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field. While professional experience can replace this technical requirement, a 4-year degree is necessary. Candidates should exhibit a high capacity for learning and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. A service mentality and a willingness to help others are essential, along with an understanding of computer concepts and a deep interest in computer technology. We value a competitive and collaborative spirit, self-motivation, and a basic understanding of database concepts. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable navigating Windows and using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• In this role, I will coordinate and communicate activities related to service disruption across all environments. I will create and document database standards, providing training to ensure compliance. My responsibilities include building and maintaining deployment packages for database change scripts and producing documentation such as process maps, data models, training materials, user manuals, and other system documentation. I will review error logs and address issues as necessary, participate in ticket resolution activities for database environments and systems, and troubleshoot database server service outages as they occur, including after-hours and weekends. I will attend meetings related to database maintenance and ETL processes and perform other duties as assigned.
