GAP Data Entry Clerk

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17/hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
• W2 Contract
• Start Date: 07/07/2025 – End Date: 08/01/2025
ROLE IMPACT
This short-term administrative role ensures accurate entry of critical pricing data that directly impacts downstream quoting and operational workflows. Success is measured by precision, speed, and the ability to minimize risk through meticulous attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter pricing rates and fees into internal systems with high accuracy
• Support internal quoting workflows by maintaining up-to-date data records
• Send emails to internal teams as needed to clarify or communicate data inputs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical due to downstream impact
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• No prior experience required; training provided

• Data entry platforms
• Email (Outlook or similar)
• Internal pricing and quoting systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior data entry or administrative support experience
• Familiarity with quoting or pricing workflows
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
