As a Full-Time Branch Teller at Christian Community Credit Union , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for both CCCU and Shared Branch walk-in members. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, assisting members with balance inquiries, and fulfilling requests such as payoff loans and account closures in collaboration with Operations personnel. In addition, you will process account servicing events assigned through Synapsis, handle withdrawal checks and cashier's checks, and verify cash received from the Federal Reserve. Your day will also include scanning and releasing checks to FIS, balancing your cash drawer, and completing daily deposits and closings. With your keen attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service, you will contribute to fostering trust and reliability within our community, ensuring that every transaction enhances our members' banking experience.
To excel as a Full-Time Branch Teller at Christian Community Credit Union , certain skills and qualifications are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Preferred candidates will have cash handling and banking experience, a background in cross-selling or sales to enhance our customer-centric approach, and bilingual skills in English/Spanish. Proficiency in computer operations is necessary, along with a solid math aptitude and keen attention to detail. Accurate typing skills at 20 words per minute and 10-key skills at 20 keystrokes per minute will be vital for handling transactions efficiently. By possessing these skills, you will be well-equipped to foster positive relationships with members while ensuring precise and effective banking services.
