### What You'll Do
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and repayment cycle.
- Offer personalized financial solutions that align with each customer's goals.
- Educate customers about loan terms, conditions, and optional insurance products to ensure transparency and confidence in their financial decisions.
- Learn and apply credit underwriting techniques and sales strategies.
- Oversee the full loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
### What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
### Work Schedule & Environment
- This is an on-site position requiring in-person interactions with customers.
- Standard Monday-Friday business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, including occasional Saturdays.
