As a Construction Superintendent II,  you’ll take the lead on PUCC job sites—guiding teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the go-to for operational excellence, quality control, and problem-solving in the field.

 

The starting salary is $80,000 per year plus Travel Incentive Pay!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead field operations and manage daily production to ensure projects stay on time and on budget
  • Develop and present project plans and schedules for approval
  • Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors onsite
  • Maintain strong communication and collaborate daily with internal teams including the Superintendent of Operations, Foremen, and Work Crews, as well as external partners such as Engineers, Inspectors, Subcontractors, and Property Owners
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and adjust as needed to meet goals
  • Ensure daily production goals and safety protocols are met
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation including time sheets, equipment logs, and material tracking
  • Support and mentor Foremen in planning and completing daily work
  • Represent PUCC professionally with clients, the public, and partners

 

What We Need:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sewer and water main construction
  • At least 3.5 years of leadership experience as a Foreman
  • Strong knowledge of trenchless methods (pipe bursting, lining, point repairs, etc.)
  • Skilled in setting grades, lasers, and construction equipment
  • Drives success through exceptional leadership, communication, and public relations, solving complex problems and meticulously managing materials to meet deadlines, all in steadfast commitment to quality, safety, and PUCC's values.
