As a Construction Superintendent I , you’ll be at the forefront of our field operations—overseeing and directing job performance on key trenchless technology projects like pipe bursting, UV lining, service installations, and more. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader making sure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely from start to finish.

 

The starting salary is $90,000 per year plus Travel Incentive Pay!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating job site activities, personnel, and equipment
  • Develop and communicate daily work plans to your crew
  • Ensure daily production goals are met with a focus on safety and quality
  • Maintain strong communication and collaborate daily with internal teams including Superintendents and Workcrews, as well as external partners such as Engineers, Inspectors, Subcontractors, and Property Owners
  • Track project progress and provide updates against the master plan
  • Submit accurate and timely reports including timesheets, equipment logs, receipts, and material quantities
  • Maintain operational readiness of equipment and enforce safety protocols
  • Provide on-site quality control to ensure PUCC’s high standards are met
  • Keep projects on track by managing materials, solving problems, submitting documentation on time, and keeping leadership and team members informed.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5–10 years of experience in the sewer and water main industry
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman
  • Hands-on technical expertise in trenchless methods (pipe bursting, lining, point repairs, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of line/grade setup, lasers, and job site equipment
  • Leadership and people management skills plus clear communication methods, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and PUCC’s core values
