Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  
• Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures related to compliance
  
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
  
• Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations
  
• Provide training and guidance to staff and temporary employees on compliance matters
  
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and prepare required reports
  
• Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in compliance, preferably in staffing or HR industries
  
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and with a team
  
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
