Job Title: Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager

Hourly Pay: $40 - $45/hour

Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our work from home team. In this role, you will manage and optimize the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry standards. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive and fair compensation for employees
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to keep the company’s compensation structure aligned with industry standards
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus processes

  • Advise leadership and HR teams on compensation-related matters and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure proper communication of compensation and benefits offerings to employees
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar HR management role
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategies, benefits programs, and employment laws
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
