Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Exterior Commercial Cleaning & Maintenance Tech to join our professional team! This role involves exterior building cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and other maintenance tasks at various heights. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training!

For those interested in advancing their career , we offer the opportunity to become SPRAT-certified (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) and join our specialized rappelling team for high-rise projects. However, applicants who prefer ground-based and lift-accessed work are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning tasks, including pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning.
• Work safely and efficiently on ladders, lifts, and potentially rope access (if SPRAT-certified).
• Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment properly.
• Deliver high-quality service to commercial and residential clients.

Qualifications:

• No experience required—training provided!
• Comfortable with heights and outdoor work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety guidelines
• Willingness to pursue SPRAT certification (optional but encouraged)

Some Things We Need From You:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of Customer Service experience (Required).
• One year of Cleaning Experience (Preferred, but not required).
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn our methods and cleaning techniques.
• The willingness and ability to safely operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and
• related equipment. (Training will be provided).
• Being comfortable with heights.
• The ability to work in uncomfortable weather conditions.
• Willingness to work with a team to creatively solve problems on the spot.
• Must speak fluent English (Required).
• Ability to work from/at multiple locations.
• Clean background.
