MACHINIST

Air-Lake Machine & Manufacturing is seeking a full-time CNC Machinist & Manual Machinist with a minimum of ONE YEAR of experience. We have a wide range of manual machines. Bridgeports, Bore mill, lathes up to 32-inch chuck & 19 feet long. CNC Machines are all Haas.

Schedule: 

• Monday - Thursday hours: 6 am - 3:30 pm
• Friday hours: 6 am - 10 am, and enjoy a long weekend every week.

If you dislike making the same parts day after day, we are the shop for you. We specialize in low-volume, high-mix production. You will be setting up machines multiple times every day. Air-conditioned shop with a family atmosphere. Quarterly bonus.

Candidate must: 

• Have knowledge in milling and turning.
• Have their tools, be able to set up, read, and understand blueprints. 
• Have the ability to work in various areas of the machine shop as needed to meet production goals. 
• Be a team player with an excellent attitude. 
• Will have the ability to work independently, along with the willingness to work beyond a 40-hour work week when needed.
• Be will to learn new skills as needed.
