Job Description

Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Trial Management team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
  • Provide day-to-day study support activities such as maintenence of project-related files, corresponding with study teams, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, provide meeting minutes;
  • Maintain databases/project specific status reports
  • Support filing and quality control reviews of our internal regulatory filing system;
  • Manage study supplies;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficient in English;
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a health care field;
  • Attention to detail, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
  • High functioning knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office programs is required; and
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
