Client Concierge Six Point Wealth Advisors | Southington, Connecticut Are you a people person who takes pride in creating a warm and professional client experience? Six Point Wealth Advisors, an Ameriprise Financial practice located in Southington, Connecticut, is seeking a Client Concierge to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients — ensuring each interaction reflects our team’s values of integrity, excellence, and care. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, answer incoming calls, and manage client communications via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Meeting & File Support: Assist with meeting preparation, including organizing documents, ensuring files are complete, and supporting advisors as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as a reliable team member who proactively helps maintain smooth daily office operations.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide backup support for administrative tasks and ensure office materials and supplies are well maintained.
• Communication: Represent the firm with clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous client service or administrative experience preferred; financial services experience a plus but not required.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and aligned with team values; adaptable and eager to help wherever needed.
• Education: No degree required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Classification: Full-time, non-exempt, in-office position.
• Hourly Rate: $25–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days after 90 days of employment, transitioning to Flexible PTO.
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan available.
• Health Insurance: 75% of the employee’s premium paid by the employer.
• Variable Compensation: Eligible after one year of employment.
