Our Human Resources Division is seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) or Staff Services Analyst (SSA) to help CalPERS sustain our diverse, high-performing workforce. In this dynamic role, you will partner with leadership across the organization, empowering them to achieve their program goals through the State classification process. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders in interpreting and adhering to State personnel laws, regulations, and policies, while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
