Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Assistance: Provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting. Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record patients' vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Mobility Support: Assist patients with transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises. Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship and reassurance to enhance patients’ comfort and well-being. Medical Equipment Handling: Set up and maintain medical equipment under nurse supervision. Hygiene & Infection Control: Follow sanitation and infection control procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document patient conditions and report changes to nurses and medical staff. Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
