Our client is seeking a results driven Remote Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through direct sales and referral partner relationships, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting their suite of services nationally without territorial restrictions, flexibility to choose three industries to sell within nationally that can be white, gray or blue collar. Our client is the only PEO that can write a deal for 1 or more work site employees and carve out any part of the PEO solution for their clients. You will play a key role in expanding their client base and enhancing their presence in the PEO and HR outsourcing markets.

Qualifications:
8+ years of PEO sales experience selling within any vertical
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and a hunter mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
