Your New Role

As a Brand Ambassador , you’re not just talking to people—you’re opening doors. Your focus will be connecting potential customers to HVAC solutions they can trust. This position is based in Auburn, WA .

Your day-to-day will include:

• Lead Generation : Actively engage with the community to create a consistent stream of qualified leads.

• Face-to-Face Outreach : Introduce our services directly to homeowners with professionalism and confidence.

• Lead Management : Keep track of interactions and leads in our CRM to maintain accuracy and follow-through.

• Qualification : Evaluate customer needs and ensure they’re a strong fit for our services.

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

• Solid communication skills—whether in person or over the phone

• Comfortable using tools like Google Docs and Sheets

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
