Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience programming DDC/BMS systems
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC controls, networking, and system integration
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Visio, and control logic design
• Capability to interpret hardware schematics, manage software life cycles, and collaborate effectively in a team setting

• Develop and execute software and graphics for HVAC and integrated systems tailored to specific projects
• Analyze hardware designs and compose sequences of operation to guarantee system functionality
• Write, compile, test, and implement control applications
• Assist in commissioning activities and work closely with Service teams
• Engage with vendors and help enhance standard software libraries
