About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and creative Bartender  to join a prestigious and private members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW clientele. The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the food and beverage team, with a focus on delivering exceptional offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.

Position Overview
The Bartender is a key ambassador of the club’s elevated beverage experience, crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair. This role requires deep product knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and discreet environment for members and guests.

Principal (Essential) Duties

1. Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to exacting standards.
2. Engage with members respectfully and professionally, maintaining the club’s private and exclusive atmosphere.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times.
4. Monitor inventory of premium spirits, wines, and supplies.
5. Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine-dining settings.
2. Expertise in wine, spirits, and mixology.
3. Strong communication and hospitality skills.
