Parts Advisor H.E. McGonigal Inc., Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor/Inside sales for our rapidly growing parts department. At H.E. Job Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed Chrysler/GM Customer Care Standards each quarter in all related areas * Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line * Pull purchased parts from stock * If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer * Assist the Parts Manager in maintaining a Lost Sale Tracking Program * Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information * Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up * Solicit assigned accounts by phone * Order parts not in stock if (after discussion with the Parts Manager) * Notify the customer that ordered parts have been received * Ensure that all parts are charged out before they leave the department * Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers, both on the phone and in person * Keep current on new products and product updates Requirements: * One year of experience in an automotive parts sales position is required * High school diploma or the equivalent * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information * Professional personal appearance * Ability to work well with the public Dealership Benefits: * Competitive wages * Paid training program * Health, Dental, Vision, and additional benefits available * 401k with company match * Paid time off after 90 days * Employee Purchase Program * Employee Service and Parts Discount Program * Professional working environment * Opportunities for career advancement Apply today to join the H.E.
