Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill an Asset Coordinator opening for our client in Anchorage, AK.**
**Location:** Anchorage, AK
**Duration:** 2 months
**Duties:**
+ Track, manage, and maintain physical assets across various departments and locations.
+ Maintain accurate records of asset locations, conditions, and usage.
+ Coordinate procurement and disposal of assets in accordance with company inventory policies and compliance standards.
+ Input, update, and analyze asset data using Excel or similar inventory management tools.
+ Ensure all assets are properly tagged and documented from receipt through disposal.
+ Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to asset tracking or documentation.
+ Support audit processes by providing detailed asset records and compliance documentation.
+ Physically handle, move, and organize equipment as needed for inventory purposes.
**Skills:**
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data input and analysis.
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolving data or tracking inconsistencies.
+ Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
+ Understanding of inventory lifecycle, including ordering, receiving, tagging, tracking, and disposal.
+ Ability to comply with asset management policies and standards.
+ Comfortable with physical asset handling.
**Experience:**
+ Prior experience in inventory or asset management is required.
+ Familiarity with asset tracking systems and inventory compliance processes.
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
