We’re seeking an Artisan Wood-Fired Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen with precision and pride. This role is about running a smooth, high-performing operation—setting the standard for consistency while inspiring a team to deliver pizzas that keep guests coming back.

What You’ll DoOversee all kitchen operations from prep to service
Execute a wood-fired pizza–centered menu with creative additions
Lead from the line with speed, skill, and precision
Train and inspire a talented team
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Ensure compliance with food safety standards
A proven kitchen leader with experience in high-volume settings
Passionate about pizza, with a love of craft and detail
Creative yet disciplined, balancing innovation with consistency
A mentor and communicator who builds strong teams
Calm under pressure and organized in execution
Knowledgeable in inventory and compliance systems
Food Safety Certified (or ready to obtain certification)
