Position Title: Annual Fund Coordinator

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Department: Annual Fund & Donor Services

Supervisor's title: Senior Director of Development

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; weekend and evening hours on occasion as necessary

JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Development, the 12th Man Foundation Annual Fund Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Annual Fund team, which includes annual fundraising and premium services. The Annual Fund Coordinator will be instrumental in helping the Foundation achieve its mission of funding scholarships, programs, and facilities in support of championship athletics by helping to grow the Annual Fund membership base and elevate the premium experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Annual Fund fundraising campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, general public and other external customers and partners through timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns or requests
  • Provide general administrative support to the Annual Fund team with day-to-day planning and execution of projects and/or select events
  • Lead efforts to grow Student Membership through education and solicitations with guidance from Senior Director of Development and in coordination with Marketing & Communications and Stewardship teams
  • Collaborate with Stewardship team to ensure member benefit fulfillment
  • Maintain online donation pages through Paciolan's eVenue and other fundraising platforms as needed
  • Assist in premium operations during sporting events including, but not limited to football, baseball, softball, Midnight Yell and basketball as needed
  • Oversight of Softball premium operations, including but not limited to, communication with premium seat holders, participation in operations meetings and a presence at home games
  • Assist the Director of Premium Seating as needed in oversight of the Concierge Team, the 12th Man Foundation's premium hospitality team, including hiring, training, communication and scheduling
  • Help draft internal and external communications related to specific projects and/or events
  • Work all Texas home A&M football games along with other select sporting and special events as needed
  • Make phone calls to grow, retain and renew annual fund members
  • Communicate with 12th Man Foundation contracted businesses/companies, 12th Man Foundation donors and staff, Athletic Department and/or University administration/staff as requested
  • Meet deadlines for assigned projects
  • Provide phone support for the Donor Services team as needed for inbound and outbound calls
  • Attend meetings and planning sessions as needed
  • Be accessible by phone and/or email outside of business hours as needed
  • Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to work all Texas A&M home football games
  • Experience in collegiate athletics or other comparable field preferred
  • Experience in Paciolan preferred
  • Ability to commit to a structured weekly schedule and willingness to be flexible based on occasional projects, events, or travel that may require weekend, holiday, and evening hours
