Administrative Assistant

Hinckley, OH

The Great Garage Company is a full-service garage construction company since 1959. Our goal is to build your quality garage as though it were going to be constructed in our own backyard. We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to help manage and maintain company accounting and construction management software.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • No weekends

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • At least one year of office administration experience preferred
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring clean, organized and productive workspace
  • Serve as the primary contact for external inquiries via phone, email and website
  • Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, managing calendars and handling various client communications
  • Pay office bills, record transactions related to accounts payable and receivable
  • Input data and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks when needed
  • Assist in maintaining office files, records and documentation in an organized manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and available
