Production Lead 2nd shift • Pay: $21.00 Hours • 2nd shift: 6PM – 6AM • Rotating shift (working every other weekend) • Temp to hire opportunity Production Team Lead Job Description As a Production Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the production floor. You will be responsible for leading machine operators, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Production Team Leader Responsibilities • Coordinate and relieve the machine operators for their breaks. • Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. • Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring. Required Qualifications • 1+ years of production lead • Background and Drug screening
